PSK produces extrusion tooling for the aluminum, steel, copper, brass and exotic alloy industries. Products such as stems, liners, containers, piercing mandrels, die rings, dummy blocks, and die slides are only a few of the items produced. Containers and liners are made to OEM specifications or to suit customers' needs.

Roll tooling is another PSK specialty. With our large CNC turning and heat treat capabilities and our on floor inventory of D-2 of up to 36" diameter, we are able to produce rolls for the largest of tube mills. Many mills have come to rely on PSK for emergency tooling in breakdown situations. We are able to redress all types of rolls. Machining in the 62-64 Rc. Hardness range is a daily occurrence here at PSK.

One of our specialties is Open and Closed Die Forge Tooling. From start to finish, all processes are completed under one roof.

Our Milling department consists of 3 CNC mills capable of 30" x 60" by 30' tall. We have 5 conventional mills as well.

Our modern in-house heat treat facility consists of seven state-of-the-art furnaces, with a working capacity exceeding 30" diameter and 10' long. Our furnaces are of the newest technology with digital atmosphere monitoring. Nitrogen based atmosphere insures a clean quality product. Multi-point thermocouple temperature control insures our products of a uniform hardness. Our hardness testing equipment is cutting edge technology.
