Heat Treatment
Our modern in-house heat treat facility consists of seven state-of-the-art furnaces, with a working capacity exceeding 30" diameter and 10' long. Our furnaces are of the newest technology with digital atmosphere monitoring. Nitrogen based atmosphere insures a clean quality product. Multi-point thermocouple temperature control ensures our products of a uniform hardness. Our hardness testing equipment is cutting edge technology.
