Our modern
in-house heat treat facility consists of 7 state-of-the-art
furnaces, with a working capacity exceeding 30" diameter and
10' long
|
|
Nitrogen based atmosphere insures a
clean quality product. Our furnaces are of the newest
technology with digital atmosphere monitoring.

Multi-point thermocouple temperature control insures our
products of a uniform hardness. Our hardness testing equipment
is cutting edge technology. Our optical brinell-scanning
computer removes the human element out of testing. After
scanning the impression, the reading is logged into the
customer's database for certification.
